Please help me out…
I am a girl, turning 14, in April. Since I live in Alberta, I can not do outdoor activites as the temperature generally isn’t very warm at that time. I will be inviting 3 people (girls). But the problem is…
I don’t know what do do for the party.
The rules are:
-It’s going to be a sleepover
-Fun!
-I’m not inviting anyone else
-We don’t want to spend a lot of money
-No "makeover" parties
-I don’t want my mom to have to do a lot of planning
-Age-appropriate (we will be 13-14)
-Nothing food-related
I’m looking for an actual theme for the party. I really want it to be fun for all of us, so please include lots of game ideas in your answers. Thanks so much
Oh, and please do Not give me links of long lists of children’s parties. I would be able to find those myself. I just want a clever, unique, and fun party idea. Thanks again!
See, I’d just hang out but I really want a themed party this year. A good theme though.
That’s what I did for my 14th’s party too, [last year] except we had makeovers and our own "Make your Own Ice Cream Sunday Bar", we all brought an ingredient for the sundays and I supplied a few more, plus the ice cream. It was totally fun!
You can always play Would You Rather, Truth Or Dare, watch movies, make your own board game, have your own fashion show, make your own random skits if you have a camera or something, have a easter themed treasure or eg hunt, or have your mom fill a jar with marbes or chocolate eggs and who ever guess the right amout of marbles or eggs gets a price, or you guys can bke cookies or something.
Those are all the things I did.
Have fun!!!

Why can’t you just go someplace and hang out. That’s what I do for my birthdays.

watching movies and making prank calls is always my favorite idea for a party. get lots of junk food and video games, too. You’ll have a fun night no matter what.

One thing that I have heared has been a great sucsess is to go see a chick flick like PS i love you or just rent a movie and trow a popcorn partie kind of idea. IT keeps the cost down to a minimum and you can still have a great time.

My 14th party. It was a blast!
OMG, don’t forget goodie bags!!
I went to the dollar store and bought little bags and my own litle toys to fill them with. Basically cause I didn’t know where to buy pre-filled goodie bags.
But it was really fun!
