I disagree with you. Do you have a degree in Economics? Home prices don’t automatically decrease just because the economy is bad. The houses that lost value are the ones that used to be a scene of horrific crimes like murders. There’s one house on my street that’s only $95,000. It’s close to a cemetry. My house is 5 miles down from the cemetry. But it cost me $250,000 to purchase it. Strange, huh?

Are you kidding me? Houses in the USA are so expensive these days! The housing prices will never go down to the same prices like in the 1970′s and 1980′s. My parents bought their dreamhouse back in 1969. It’s was only $73,000. Gas is also expensive now. But nobody wants to boycott the oil companies either.
