Being realistic , a decent laminate will start at 2$ a s/f . Then with the average labor being around 2.5$ a s/ your at 4.5$ a s/f installed.
Your just under 2000$. This doesnt include scrap, any extra prep, any rip out and disposal of any old flooring.
Granite tops , installed does start in the 50$ a s/f price range for basis granite and the bull nose edging.
